Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our multifaceted range of clientele in the fast-paced Drug Testing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via inbound phone calls and emails
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries through several technological platforms, including a ticketing system
- Effectively navigate diverse customer inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Effectively extinguish customer complaints by consistently following our Standard Operating Procedures
- Cover Monday-Friday shifts that rotate between 7:30am-3:30pm CST and 10am-6pm CST
Experience:
- 1-2 years of Previous experience in IT Support is preferred
- 1-2 years of General Customer Support and inbound call experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to quickly analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Familiarity with utilizing ticketing systems
