Our front office is need of a multi-tasking TEAM member with a TRUE TEAM SPIRIT!
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dispatcher duties include inputting requests for service repairs and preventative maintenance from customers through current software. Dispatching and communicating effectively with our technicians. General administrative duties include: answering multi-line switchboard, pulling permits, scheduling inspections, records management, mailing correspondence and filing. Multi-tasking is a must have!!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answering phones and general office tasks
Work directly with Service Manager to perform administrative tasks
Receive, Enter, Log, Schedule and Coordinate service work requests from customers
Prioritize calls based on urgency of the situation
Receive communication from service technicians and verify status of all service jobs to determine if it is complete or if it needs other attention
Communicate with technicians of type and location of work to be performed and dispatch technicians to the job
Prepare the calendar schedule for the technicians to stay organized and on task.
Process service and preventative maintenance invoices, work orders & credit card payments on a daily basis.
Learn to be a TRUE Back-up to each member of the FRONT OFFICE TEAM
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficiently operate the PC, multi-line telephone and standard office equipment
· Have good telephone and written communication skills
· Have legible handwriting
· Have the ability to perform in very stressful situations
· Be able to work overtime hours as business necessitates
· Prior experience in this field or related field is helpful but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
