Your Role: As an Invoice Processing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our finance team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Match invoices to POs, resolve discrepancies, and correct abnormalities with precision.
- Excel Mastery: Format reports, implement data validations, and create complex functions.
- Document Management: Create, edit, and organize Word documents and PDFs.
- Organization: Maintain efficient filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Communication: Exhibit strong business writing skills and handle phone calls with professionalism.
