Who We Are
We have been proudly serving the mental health community within the greater Phoenix area since 2008 in multiple locations by providing behavioral health services in home like environments. We are looking for compassionate staff to join our team. We prefer experience; however, we recognize traditional work experience is not the only form of experience. All staff will complete a new hire training that will provide for Arizona State Caregiving Certification, CPR/First Aid and CPI Certification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide group and/or individual therapy to clients in the BHRFs.
- Support clinical development of direct care staff, both in a classroom and on-the-job.
- Develops and implements training and curriculum with input from the Clinical Director (VP Clinical Services).
- Provides clinical oversight for all BHTs and clinical supervision of BHPP staff.
- Keeps the Management staff appraised and will pull in applicable Management staff when appropriate to address any concerns brought to their attention.
- Responsible for reviewing and approving Treatment Plans and Behavioral Health Assessments and ensuring all are current and complete.
- Ensures that staffing's are scheduled and conducted on a monthly basis for residential clients, quarterly for ALTCS clients and as needed for any outpatient tenants (CLP), including documentation of the staffing through EHR.
- Provides oversight for audits and ensures all requested documentation is prepared and compiled for the audits.

Who We Need:
Compassionate staff who are dependable, patient, reliable, adaptable, detail oriented and can multi-task. At times, staff will need to assist in de-escalation of behaviors (i.e. physical aggression, verbal aggression) and other crisis situations and be able to accurately document in the electronic health records what they observe with their member interactions.
Required Education and Experience
- Master’s Degree in behavioral health field with 2 years’ experience working in behavioral health environment OR
- Current AZ BBH license in good standing as LPC, LCSW, or LMSW
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, teams, managers, supervisors and vendors
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Previous residential experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certified (can complete with training)
- CPI Training (can complete with training)
- Preferred 2 years' experience in a behavioral health field or healthcare setting
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have excellent observation, good judgment, and good oral and written communication skills.
- Professional in attitude, demeanor and dress.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening unless otherwise prohibited by law.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must be 21 years of age or Older
- Current AZ BBH License in good standing as LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LMSW
- Valid Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time Exempt Professional
**Salary range starting at $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
**New Hire Bonus of $1500. You will be paid $750 after 6 months of employment and $750 after 1 year of employment.
Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
