As an Office Assistant at Drywall Doctor, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing and organizing paperwork, including invoices, contracts, and client records.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records of transactions and interactions.
- Handling billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
