Monday - Friday________ WORK HOURS: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm_or 9:00 am – 5:00pm
Description of Duties:
Greets customers in a professional manner (via telephone, virtual and in person).
Responds to customers inquiries in writing and in person.
Enters data into a data reporting system for review.
Work requires a general knowledge of office machines and procedures.
Clerical duties including typing, data entry and filing.
Sorting and distributing communication in a timely manner.
Organizing the office and assisting with organization to optimize current processes.
Performs related work as required.
