Job Description:
You will perform a variety of tasks to provide pro-active support to a lead financial advisor to ensure our clients receive excellence. You enjoy communicating with internal team members and external clients in person, by phone, and video conference. Every communication should inspire trust and confidence in our firm and in our care for our clients. You use your positivity and work ethic to keep processes moving and address client needs. Your confidence and adaptive learning style allows you to ask for help, get additional training, or escalate tasks and issues to a higher level as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Client Service-Cultivate relationships
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments.
- Provides investment and insurance support for existing clients to client’s directly and to the financial advisor/relationship manager
- Quickly develop knowledge of procedures for establishing new accounts and financial plans for clients by inputting their information into the firm’s system and creating client files.
- Review pending deposits and trade settlements to ensure timely payment and receipt of funds.
- Provide superior client support and service including but not limited to problem solving, providing updates, and answering questions regarding account activity, trade transactions, process transaction requests, etc.
- Ensures financial strategies are kept current and appropriately aligned with client objectives.
- Financial Advisor Support-Simplify to maximize efficiency
- Managing client contact schedule, setting appointments, and preparing necessary information for client reviews.
- Preparing agendas, presentations, letters, forms, spreadsheets, and updating customer profiles to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
- Utilize CRM tool to record and manages client contacts, information, and required documentation for compliance.
- Maintaining current knowledge of market activities and product offerings to ensure full support to sales team.
- With experience and mentorship participate in client meetings and grow into a client facing role.

- Manage and maintain client and prospect outreach schedule
- Assist advisor team with marketing, social media management, event planning and other proactive steps to produce new business (i.e., developing newsletters, invitations, etc.)
- Create new and improve current deliverables
- Office Management-Lead the office
- Establishes, oversees, and measures client service expectations.
- Function as a central point of contact between offsite support team, home office, advisor, and operations
- Assists in gathering documents for branch audits and compliance with established policies, procedures, regulatory guidelines and business strategy.
- Can identify deficiencies, recommend solutions and implement changes to correct and bring issues to the attention of the supervisor.
Skills and Abilities:
- Self-motivated, team player with energetic, positive, caring disposition looking to grow and learn.
- Working knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Analyzing information from multiple sources.
- Confidently communicate with high-net-worth individuals and executives effectively both orally and in writing to provide client experience like a 5 star hotel. Maintain confidentiality.
- Marketing and presentation development expertise.
- General knowledge of investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry, financial markets, and industry products.
Educational/ Experience/Licensing:
- Required Education: Associate's Degree/Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Required Experience: 2-4 years Experience/Preferred Experience: 4-7 years Experience in the financial services industry
- Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Series 7, 63/65 (or 66.)
