Personal Assistant (part-time) - Recent Graduate Opportunity
This is unique opportunity for a recent college graduate to become a part-time personal assistant to the CEO of an extremely fast growing, premium agency. This is an in-person role, specifically being hired to help @ my house for me and my family. I'm looking for someone exceptionally smart, energetic, highly organized, with an unbeatable work ethic - no work can be beneath you. That said, this role will offer the opportunity to gain diverse experience in personal and professional support, perfect for someone looking to elevate their professional career in a dynamic environment.
We are located in Playa Vista (near Loyola Maramount University)
Calendar and Schedule Management
- Coordinate and manage complex personal and professional schedules
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans
Professional Communication and Liaison
- Manage email correspondence and phone calls with clients
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and their professional contacts
Home Organization and Management
- Assist in organizing living spaces and implementing efficient systems
- Coordinate with household staff (e.g., cleaners, chef) to ensure smooth operations
- Help with basic household tasks as needed
Personal Errand Running
- Handle various personal errands such as dry cleaning, gift purchasing, etc.
- Assist with personal shopping and research for purchases
Event Planning and Coordination
- Help plan and execute both personal and professional events
Basic Financial Management
- Assist with personal expense tracking and basic bookkeeping
- Manage invoices and bills
Health and Wellness Support
- Assist in maintaining fitness routines and schedules
- Help coordinate health appointments and maintain medical records
Miscellaneous Tasks
- Be prepared to take on various ad-hoc tasks as they arise
- Provide occasional support with childcare coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (recent graduates preferred)
- Whip smart researcher - can find anything with amazing detail
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong & profesional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Interest in health, wellness, and nutrition
- Experience with customer service or hospitality
