Lead Generation Specialist
Position Overview
Our client, a growing company in the Recycling Industry, is seeking an experienced Lead Generator to join their team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for sales with excellent communication skills to help drive new account acquisition. Base Salary plus a bonus for each new acquired account.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Sales Genie to call prospective customers and introduce internal services.
- Set appointments for our Field Sales Team to go close.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive new account acquisition supporting the growth of the company.
- Perform outbound marketing activities to generate leads and promote internal services.

Qualifications
· Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Sales experience preferred, not required.
· Impeccable values: work ethic, integrity, teamwork, commitment to excellence.
· Exemplary negotiation and closing skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to document daily progress.
· Excellent written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
Must be comfortable working onsite.
