Personnel Placements is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Oversee and manage the company's phone systems and communication channels
- Handle basic HR functions such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
-Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
-Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
