Overview:
Phonesuite is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clint Success Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role is integral to our sales operations, focusing on onboarding and training resellers to ensure they are well-equipped to represent and sell our products. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new resellers.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are completed and filed.
- Provide resellers with comprehensive product information and resources.
- Deliver training programs to resellers on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep resellers updated on new products and changes.
- Maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Maintain accurate records of reseller activities and communications.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
