Alpine Counseling is a small group practice seeking a dedicated Therapist to join the team. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various mental health issues, behavioral challenges, and emotional struggles. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate through their difficulties and work towards positive mental well-being.
**Duties:**
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Utilize techniques to inspire positive behavioral changes.
- Implement effective strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Handle situations with composure and professionalism.
- Perform thorough and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide therapy in your home office.
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Therapist preferred.
- Proven experience in mental health counseling and therapy.
- Strong understanding of different therapeutic approaches and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with clients and create a supportive environment.
