Brandon School and Residential Treatment Center, located in Natick, MA, is an 80+ bed treatment program and DESE licensed school serving boys 7 to 18 years old with complex social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. We are seeking an experienced Clinician to provide services primarily in our Sexualized Behaviors Residential Treatment Program. The Clinician works with youth and families who have engaged in problematic sexualized behaviors as a maladaptive response to trauma and guides them through a four stage treatment model to heal from these traumatic events and learn more adaptive ways of coping. Additionally, Brandon is the ONLY residential program in the state also offering a 45-90 day comprehensive residential assessment of problematic sexualized behaviors; the Clinician in this program will have the opportunity to work with both youth in long term residential treatment as well as facilitate short-term residential assessments and gain this unique set of skills by working with statewide experts in the field of Problematic Sexualized Behaviors. This position provides the opportunity to not only utilize your clinical skills, but your leadership skills as you provide oversight, coaching, and guidance to a team of milieu professionals. This position provides excellent supervision geared towards obtaining independent licensure in all counseling professions as well as continuing education opportunities for experienced clinicians.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, dyad and group therapy with children and adolescents and play an active role in the milieu treatment team.
- Complete comprehensive child, adolescent and family diagnostic evaluations/assessments
- Effectively communicate with parents, guardians, and collaterals all necessary information regarding ongoing care, treatment progress, critical incidents, etc.
- Responsibly prepare for, attend, and lead case related meetings including quarterly progress reviews, weekly treatment team meetings, mini teams, etc.
- Develop comprehensive and objective treatment plan development and implementation in compliance with multiple regulations and agency policy
- Complete case reports, progress notes, and other documentation as required
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling/social work profession
- Experience in the Mental Health field is preferred
- Valid MA driver’s license
- Valid DEEC/CORI background check

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility for a 4 day work week if desired.
