Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in achieving revenue goals and provide excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Answer phones professionally and route the calls as directed by reception guidance
- Greet visitors and assist them with pick-ups, deliveries, and other requests
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks to enhance efficiency
- Assist in preparing sales presentations to potential clients
- Schedule meetings with clients and prospective clients on behalf of sales management
- Review open quotes and report to the sales team to assist with follow-up and quote conversion
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate work with other departments and vendors
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain client database and update customer records in CRM
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance data and market trends
- Ability to effectively communicate and work well in a team environment
