Job Description:
We are seeking to hire 3 State Territory Sales Representatives who will be responsible for maintaining key accounts in the United States and driving market expansion into markets and channels dominated by Large Corporate Brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing key accounts in the United States.
- Develop and expand market presence in market.
- Increase sales through modern and traditional sales channels.
- Promote and implement sales campaigns to boost sales.
Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge and experience in sales channels targeting the Latin market.
- Familiarity with master distributors and both modern and traditional sales channels.
- Proven field prospecting experience in relevant distribution channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Highly commission-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to drive brand presence and market share.
- Strong promotional campaign skills to increase sales.
Compensation:
- Total Expected Annual Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 (including commissions)
Sales Expectations:
- Generate between $4.1 million to $6.2 million in annual sales to achieve
Direct Reporting:
- Reports to Sales Director.
- Coordination with internal key account managers and directors.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive in presenting products and commercial proposals.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Ability to identify new business opportunities in sales channels and markets.
- Proactivity and Autonomy: Independent work style with a proactive approach to opening new sales channels.
- Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation of commercial terms with buyers.
- Organization and Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
Commercial Knowledge and Experience:
- Sales Cycle Knowledge: Understanding of the complete sales process from opportunity identification to post-sale management.
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience in relevant channels, with a proven track record of opening new sales channels and expanding client portfolios.
- Commercial Metrics: Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; increasing sales volume and market share; acquiring and retaining new clients.

- Modern Channel: Category Managers, Purchasing Managers, Sales Directors.
- Traditional Channel: Store or Franchise Owners, Independent Buyers.
- Distributors: Purchasing Directors, Sales Managers.
- Direct or Corporate Sales: Corporate Purchasing Directors, Acquisition Managers, Operations Managers, Logistics Directors.
