Job Summary:
As the General Manager, you will be a polished, well-spoken, and respected ambassador for our hotel. You will carry a strong vision for the property and be responsible for all aspects of its operations. Your role involves providing support, supervision, and guidance to the management team and front-line associates. It is crucial to optimize financial performance, maintain high-quality product and service levels, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, as well as company and brand standards.
You will establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as sales planning, budget development, and execution of physical property improvement projects. Hands-on leadership will be required to maximize revenue while effectively controlling expenses. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for communication with guests, clients, associates, ownership, corporate representatives, brand representatives, and key vendors.
Qualifications for Exempt Managers:
- Customarily and regularly direct the work of at least 2 full-time associates or their equivalents.
- Primary duties consist of administrative, executive, or professional tasks for more than 50 percent of the time.
- Job duties involve the use of discretion and independent judgment for more than 50 percent of the time.

Pay: Up to $89,842.46 per year
