4 Corner Resources is seeking an entry-level IT professionals for a Service Desk Analyst position at one of Central Florida's largest and highly respected healthcare organizations!
The position is a contract with potential for extension or to go permanent!
IT Service Desk Associate Pay Rate:
IT Service Desk Associate Hours:
- M-F 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Must be willing to work evenings when converage is needed)
IT Service Desk Associate Responsibilities:
- Resolving Electronic Medical Record (EMR) issues specifically related to answering questions, troubleshooting, researching, documenting, and supporting end-users over the phone.
IT Service Desk Associate Requirements:
- At least 6 months of Technical Support experience .
- Previous experience utilizing ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
- 1 year of IT experience and 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
IT Service Desk Location & Important Info:
- Located in Orlando (John Young & Princeton area- must be able to work remote or commute to location.
- HYBRID- approximately 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week remote
- Equipment is not provided for this position. Must have PC, headset, and good wi-fi connection.
- Candidate must pass background and drug test (INCLUDING NICOTINE!) and must be willing to have up-to-date Tuberculosis test (paid for by client) and provide records of Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccinations (can be obtainted through Health Department or School records)
