Responsibilities:
- Perform painting duties including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing touches.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to execute painting tasks accurately.
- Assist in frame carpentry work such as building and remodeling structures.
- Conduct trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of projects.
- Install and repair drywall as needed during construction or renovation projects.
- Collaborate with the team to renovate and restore various structures.
- Utilize carpentry skills to contribute to the overall success of projects.
Skills:
- Proficient in caulking techniques for sealing joints and seams.
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints for accurate execution of tasks.
- Experience in frame carpentry including building and remodeling structures.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques.
