Administrator:
We're a small and quickly growing residential construction company with about 14 employees.
We're looking to hire someone to work alongside our project manager for 1-2 days a week, meeting with clients and helping compile quotes as well as facilitating client communications.
For the other 3-4 days, the role will be running our day to day operations. Things like, managing schedules, implementing systems, running our crm software, clerical tasks, delegating tasks, onboarding, invoicing, delegating and light duty marketing tasks, creating and overseeing/implementing SOPs, learning and implementing a task delegation software system like Clickup, and other varied tasks. Eventually hiring and training new administrative staff to work under you.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
