```Duties```
- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and storytime
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleaning up
- Help with diaper changes and potty training as needed
- Support the lead teacher in implementing educational curriculum and lesson plans
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, nannying, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in early childhood education is a plus
