Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts with professionalism and a proactive approach, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage and oversee the handling of accounts from inception to closure.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with other team members to optimize customer service processes.
- Analyze client accounts and provide strategic solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare reports on account status and other ad hoc reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
