Well established auto dealership and a rental agency is looking to hire a reliable, organized and trustworthy Office Cashier to join our offices in Long Island City, Queens.
Looking for high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash transactions pertaining to customer payments and update in internal systems.
- Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customer; receipts amount received
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
- Deposit collected payment in bank
- Process and execute customer refunds as needed
- Handle accounts payable/receivables as needed
- Provide information and customer service as needed
- Report to management
Requirements:
- Cashiering experience - a must!
- Great communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must have strong attention to details
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask
- The position is Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in our LIC location

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
