Duties / Responsibilities:
- Managing customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns
- Giving detailed explanations of services or products
- Working with the sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints
- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
- Communicating with customers through email and over the phone
- Routing customer orders via EDI and portal
- Process incoming customer purchase orders via email
- Work closely with the shipping department to coordinate the appropriate paperwork and delivery schedule
- Set up and maintain new accounts
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills / Abilities:
- 1-3 year experience in manufacturing customer service is preferred.
- 1 year of experience with NetSuite
- Familiarity with and/or willingness to adopt new technologies
- Ability to transition easily from one activity to another
- Ability to multi-task, managing multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-starter

- Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
