Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data into our systems and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe information into required electronic format
- Enter data into databases with precision and accuracy
- Create and update spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Organize data and perform data entry tasks
- Input orders, invoices, and inventory information into the system
- File and organize documents as needed
- Computerize paper-based information for digital storage
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
- Ability to accurately input a high volume of data efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculations and data entry accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
