Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end implementations, roll-outs, testing, upgrades, production support, migration, and conversion projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth expertise in SAP HR and related modules.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM/consulting experience in the US and/or Canada.
- Expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time, and Payroll modules.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and gap analysis.
- Strong SAP Payroll/HR application experience, including configuration, rules and schemas, wage types, overpayment functionality, and postings to finance.
- Excellent understanding of ADP Payroll Processing Methodology.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other products and interfaces is required!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed test plan documents based on requirements.
- Conduct functional testing of implemented applications with stakeholders and the Quality Assurance team.
- Analyze and resolve defects in accordance with clients’ SLAs.
- Identify test scenarios and provide consulting services to clients.
- Provide guidance on the design and configuration of complex solutions.
- Ensure maintenance of client and support center documentation.
- Manage client communications and ticket resolutions via JIRA.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinators and Account Management.
- Attend client-facing meetings as needed.
- Apply specialist knowledge in country/functional areas to improve solutions and services.
- Mentor and guide other consultants in areas of expertise.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with SAP HCM integration with other products and interfaces.
- Excellent understanding of in depth Enterprise Testing plan and strategy

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
