Our flagship product, Ingentis org.manager, is the world's leading solution for organizational charting and HR data visualization. With over 1,800 of the world's largest organizations using our product, it is integrated into industry-leading HCM systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full implementation cycle for Ingentis org.manager projects - from the discovery phase to production-ready configuration of the application and system environment
- Help onboard and train customers to maximize the value of their Ingentis org.manager subscription
- Support the sales team during the pre-sales process by performing product demos and deliver Proof of Concepts
- Ensure overall customer success & satisfaction to help drive consulting and subscription revenue
Qualifications
- You are an outgoing and responsive individual who enjoys working with customers and are motivated in driving successful customer outcomes for challenging situations
- You have a background and passion for technology which makes it easy for you to understand and work with complex, enterprise-scale software applications
- You are an experienced Customer Success champion with a minimum of 5 years of specific work experience in the field of software consulting, technical customer support, or customer service for B2B / enterprise software solutions
- You possess strong project management skills and are accustomed to working in a high-paced, agile work environment, and maintain calmness in stressful situations
- You are willing to work flexible hours as we serve customers across four time zones in North and South America
- You are fluent in English. Ability to converse in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- This position is remote-friendly but requires being US-based with an unrestricted work permit for the U.S. (We do not sponsor work visas).
