We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Duties:
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and filing tasks
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Provide customer service and support to clients
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Conduct proofreading and editing documents
- Support with order entry and processing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in personal assistant duties would be advantageous
