Job Overview
As a Registered Nurse you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patient conditions and identify any changes, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
