SUMMARY:
The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding head coach to coach the soccer team for the 2024-2025 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Come be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning all areas of the boys soccer team.

Leading and assisting their coaching staff to coordinate efforts under one program goal and making sure of compliance of rules at all levels.

Analyze game strategy.

Implementation of skill development.

Coverage on bus trips.

Video analysis of games.

Statistical analysis of games.

Attending all league meetings and local, district and state meetings when necessary.

Reaching out to local Youth Groups to promote their respective sports in town.

Planning award ceremonies and individual award winners
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

CPR Certified.

NFHS concussion course
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Experince coaching soccer

Communicate clearly and effectively

Strong organizational and leadership skills
