Story is a FAST Growing Property Management/ Real Estate Brokerage seeking an enthusiastic administrative assistant that enjoys being front facing working directly with the customers and tenants. This position will report/work directly with the owners and the brokerage administrator
Duitse include:
- Manage calendars and email inbox
- Manage owners personal and professional calendars
- Coordinate meeting schedules
- Place & retrieve for lease signs & lockboxes on doors
- Assist property manager & administrator with/and handle tenant maintenance requests
- Coordinate maintenance repairs with tenant and vendors
- Assist with misc. property needs, tenant correspondence, vendor dispatching, research and coordination with owners for property projects, update reports
- Create and manage and update various documents such as correspondence, schedules, spreadsheets, and forms.
- Update monthly reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Mail tenant notices
- Pay bills on behalf of clients/property owners
- List new properties for lease or sale on the MLS
- Schedule showing of properties for lease
- Set up utilities for vacant properties for lease
This position will require working directly with tenants and owners of the rental properties in which Story manages. It is a front facing position that must be handled swiftly and with a great deal of professionalism.
Remote position with occasional errands to run: The position is 90-95% remote and can be done from home with the occasional need to run errands such as take pictures of a property, put a lockbox on a door, put a for lease sign at upcoming property for lease, or dropping mail off at the post office. It will require you to have reliable transportation for these duties.

Hours: Starting out this is a part time position 10-20 hours a week with room to grow into full time. We are a fast growing company with room for advancement within the company.
How to be successful in this position:
In this position, you must be able to respond quickly to maintenance requests within the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. To be successful in this position it requires the ability of quick response to tenants and property owners.
