The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to executives and senior management, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
What you will be doing:

Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings, including scheduling, coordination, and preparation of materials.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and senior staff.

Assist with financial tasks such as expense reports, budget tracking, and invoicing.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases in a systematic manner.

Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, departments, clients, and external stakeholders.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations or reports as requested.

Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Assist Marketing department as needed.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred).

5 or more years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives.

Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining professional boundaries.
