Convergence Management, a dynamic and innovative business management company, is currently seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team. With a focus on empowering businesses to achieve unparalleled success, we offer two core product lines:
- Start-Up Packages: Tailored for various industries including science-based sectors and coaching and training businesses, our start-up packages are designed to set the foundations of success for emerging companies.
- Business Services: A comprehensive suite of services covering business operations management, project management, R&D management, process design and reengineering, administration, marketing services, and more.
The Opportunity:
This role is perfect for a "go-getter" - someone who isn’t afraid to think outside the box to discover and engage potential clients. Your mission will be to identify leads, nurture these opportunities, and close deals that contribute to our company's growth and the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Develop relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our products can meet those needs
- Guide potential clients through our product offerings, tailoring solutions that best fit their vision and objectives
- Successfully close deals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets to contribute to the overall sales goals of the company
The Rewards:
- Compensation: Initially, this is a commission-only position, offering a highly competitive rate of 35-50% on products ranging from $990 to $10,000. We also offer a profit sharing arrangement for our team after 6 months of service.
- Career Progression: After 3 months of meeting or exceeding your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you will be eligible for additional bonuses and after 4 months a base salary in addition to commissions, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding our team's hard work and success.

What We Are Looking For:
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role
- The ability to think creatively to identify and pursue new sales prospects
- A commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in business to business sales and a start up environment is preferred but not essential
