Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the culinary field and be passionate about food preparation. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting with meal preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items
- Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure all food items are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
