- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Assist in computerizing records and data entry tasks
- Support the office management team with various clerical tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe notes and other materials as needed
**Skills:**
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to perform general office tasks efficiently
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent proofreading abilities
- Capability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
