We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join our Family Office, conveniently located adjacent to Koreatown, with a diverse portfolio of investments. As our Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the performance of our assets and driving growth.

Our Family Office is at the forefront of investment excellence, managing a diverse portfolio of assets, encompassing a range of real estate investments. We're located in the heart of Los Angeles, a thriving hub of opportunity and we're ready to welcome an Asset Manager who shares our passion for success.
The Portfolio:
· A collection of 37 multi-family properties, comprising around 1400 units, managed by four property management companies.
· An office building spanning approximately 30,000 square feet with 20 tenants
· 12 properties featuring triple net leases
Responsibilities:
As the Asset Manager, you will take charge of a dynamic set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
· Thoroughly reviewing monthly reports submitted by our property management partners.
· Identifying, advocating for, and executing strategies to maximize the portfolio's value.
· Carefully evaluating and endorsing budgets prepared by property management teams.
· Providing comprehensive performance reports to Ownership and Management.
· Crafting detailed financial reports that shed light on the portfolio's profitability.
· Regularly conducting site inspections to ensure properties are in top-notch condition.
· Strategically projecting the capital requirements of various properties.
· Collaborating on financing initiatives for our diverse property portfolio.
· Safeguarding adherence to the terms of our triple net leases across approximately 10 properties.
· Supervising various property insurance matters.
Main Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
· 2-4 years of relevant real estate experience in investment banking, private equity, REIT, or a real estate operating company
· Strong financial analysis skills that set you apart.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), including the ability to construct complex financial models
· Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and a knack for managing your time efficiently and staying organized.
