Position Overview: We are seeking talented Security Sales Representatives to drive sales and revenue growth for our organization. The ideal candidates will be a results-oriented individuals with a proven track records in sales, a strong understanding of security technology, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our security solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to design customized security solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the security industry but not required.
- Strong aptitude for and comfort level with technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
