Job Description
CGM Development is currently seeking a Receptionist/Property Assistant for our 40-unit executive suite commercial property. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the management of the commercial property. The qualified candidate will be responsible for various property management tasks including tenant relations and building operations. Must have a minimum 4 years of working experience.
Responsibilities:
Administrative
- Collect and distribute mail on a timely basis.
- Provide and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Tenant Relations
- Property Maintenance
- Ensure the safety and integrity of commercial properties and their systems through staff
- Project future maintenance issues and requirements to make proper improvements
- Complete tours of the properties to ensure proper maintenance every week. Walks and tours to include interior hallways, exteriors, entrances, etc.
General
- Working with the project manager and management team to complete each task successfully
- Assisting with any number of general tasks
- Plan, manage and deliver monthly deliverables (invoices, reports, etc.)
- Prepare a variety of effective written materials
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of real estate and marketing
- Working experience is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Interest in Real Estate
- Fluent in English (required) and Mandarin (a plus)
Job Type: Part-time (approx.. 15 hours/week, but this is flexible)
Pay: $18-23/hour
