Overview:
Join our team as a Shift Manager in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in team management and food industry operations to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in training new employees on food safety, handling procedures, and customer service
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with culinary practices is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
