Kitchen Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate and complete tasks
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure adherence to company standards
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling and safety procedures
- Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
