Position Overview
Develop highly effective marketing campaigns. Brilliantly targeting ideal clients, architectural & design firms, commercial landlords, general contractors. You will also manage our company website and attend industry functions.
We are seeking a marketing professional who understands the ins and outs of marketing strategy, social media postings, analysis and has strong design experience. Part analyst, part strategist and part manager, this professional will create and implement strategies, tactics, campaigns and brand messaging. The incumbent will lead the charge for the company and must bring a healthy mix of skill and initiative to the company. In this position, you will write, produce, coordinate, and maintain the materials required to successfully penetrate and expand our market share across multiple channels and vertical markets.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the development of our marketing plans while working closely with management,
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including social media calendars and other marketing projects
- Overseeing social media strategy and content marketing
- Oversee the operation of the company’s website, email marketing, and other digital programs
- Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Thorough understanding of market development, strategies, and best practices
- Comprehensive social media capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Demonstrated experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, HTML, content management systems, and design software

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
