Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-time Midwest Sales Representative to join our team at LigioCare. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding the reach of our CareMotion Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Program in the Midwest. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with healthcare providers, showcasing the benefits of CareMotion, and driving revenue growth through new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential healthcare providers (in the Midwest) interested in implementing CareMotion's RPM Program.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients and tailor presentations to demonstrate how CareMotion can address those needs effectively.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct in-person & virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of CareMotion.
- Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions and negotiate contracts that meet both their needs and the company's objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize sales opportunities, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular updates on pipeline status.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a cohesive team.
- Knowledge of remote patient monitoring, healthcare technology, or related areas is a plus.
- Existing connection with providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, etc.) in the Midwest is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
