StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support our NAVAIR customer at Patuxent River, MD. This is a hybrid schedule position. The Program Analyst, Journeyman will assist in managing the operational and business aspects for the PMA to achieve acquisition objectives. The Program Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
- The Program Analyst applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Experience with AMS Tools, i.e CDRL, PMT, CSPT is a plus.

- A minimum of 3-10 years of professional experience with the job duties listed above.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Allowable Substitution:
- Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
