```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Manager to oversee the operations of our residential communities. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents, maintaining the property, and managing day-to-day operations.
```Responsibilities:```
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance requests
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and inspections
- Utilize Entrata to track work orders and maintenance activities
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials for management review
```Skills:```
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Entrata software for work order management
- Experience in property maintenance and facilities management
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of Section 8 program is a plus
- Experience with Entrata or other property management software is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
