We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in our office location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting with inquiries and issue resolution.
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist members with account management and troubleshooting
Process member orders and payments
Provide product information and recommendations
Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
