Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client information, medical history, and treatments
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with animal restraint during examinations and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kennels, cages, and other areas of the clinic
- Handle financial transactions such as processing payments and providing invoices to clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion while ensuring their safety and the safety of others
- Familiarity with animal restraint techniques for various species including dogs and cats.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
