Managed Moves is a unique, full-service downsizing, moving, and estate liquidation company that specializes in working with seniors moving into retirement communities in the Portland metro area.
We are looking for professional, and patient individuals who are motivated and can efficiently complete pack jobs working within a designated time frame. This takes the ability to see the big picture of the project and prioritize and organize accordingly.
Requirements:

- Ability to see the “big picture” and be mindful of the space and time
- Customer service oriented, while focusing on the completion of the project
- Clear communication skills
- Physical fitness
- Can work independently or with a team
- Dependable transportation, ability to transport packing materials to jobs
- Clean criminal background
- Smart phone
Our packers also unpack at the destination, completely setting up the new home in an organized fashion. Additional opportunities include estate clean out sorting/packing, internal moves and supervisory roles.
Part time 15-35hrs/wk, starting at $17.50/hr. + PTO
Packers start at $17.50 through working interview & training, $19.00/hr when the packer has proven they are capable of working independently with clients.
30 day test period, 3 month review and annual reviews thereafter
