**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals with communication disorders in various settings. **Duties:** - Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language abilities - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Provide therapy to patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) - Perform case management duties including documentation and progress reporting - Administer and interpret standardized tests to assess the severity of communication disorders **Experience:** The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Experience working with pediatric patients - Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language - Familiarity with medical terminology - Ability to conduct patient care in a compassionate and effective manner - Understanding of standardized testing procedures - Experience in school-based settings is a plus This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with communication challenges.
