Job Title: Clinical Project Coordinator

Job Overview: Healthly Medical , a Medical Group dedicated to providing care through lifestyle medicine for Medicare and commercial patients, is seeking a proactive and engaging Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team. This remote role focuses on engaging with primary care providers within our network, tracking and implementing strategic initiatives, and assisting in day to day responsibilities of the clinical leadership team
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Implementation
◦ Working with Healthly’s clinical team to implement strategic projects within our wholly owned centers and our affiliate network
◦ Tracking deliverables and reporting to management on status of initiatives.
◦ Engaging physician and corporate stakeholders through the organization to accomplish organizational objectives
◦ Engage with affiliate physician to educate and act as a subject matter expert on lifestyle medicine
◦ Train providers on the board certification process for achieve board certification for lifestyle medicine through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine
◦ Facilitate and act as an intermediary between the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the affiliate physician to help guide the primary care provider through the board certification and track individual provider progress
◦ Assist the Chief Medical and Chief Clinical Officer of Healthly Medical on various activities
◦ Coordinate events and meetings with American College of Lifestyle Medicine, affiliate providers, and Chief Clinical/Medical Officers
◦ Administrative support for Chief Medical Officer as requested
◦ Provide valuable feedback to the leadership team regarding physician experiences
◦ Document all physician interactions
◦ Report on daily, weekly, and monthly engagement metrics.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or previous experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting
◦ 2-3 years of project management, administrative, and/or clinical experience in a primary care setting
◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
◦ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members.
◦ Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
◦ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
◦ Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
◦ Empathy and a strong commitment to improving patient experiences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
