JOB SUMMARY:
- Oversee the performance and development of team members to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Maintain adequate and accurate room inventory. Monitors availability and reservations for accuracy.
- Maintains the guest experience scores both internally and externally.
- Develop, implement, and maintain associate incentive and reward programs.
- Completes and reconciles End of month reports as needed for financial reporting.
- Manage departmental inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4 years minimum in hotel or resort experience required; with at least one year in an Guest Services (Front Office) Assistant Manager or Front Office Managerial role.
- Ability to effectively lead a team of 5 or more associates.
