**Job Summary:**
As a Kitchen Server at, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation and delivery of food, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:**
- **Food Preparation and Service:**
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to hotel standards and guest specifications.
- Plate and garnish dishes accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all food is served in a timely manner, maintaining the highest quality and presentation.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in the dining area as needed.
- **Kitchen Maintenance and Cleanliness:**
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Work closely with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate meal service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- **Inventory and Stock Management:**
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stored properly and used efficiently.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a hot, humid environment.
**Work Schedule:**
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Shifts may vary depending on the needs of the hotel.
